Fatima is a passionate pharmacist from Nigeria. I have realised research is important in driving evidence based decision making and improving health care outcomes.

Emmanuel Earl Doku, MLS

(Ghana)

Emmanuel is a Medical Laboratory Scientist, and a researcher with a focus on cancer biology, molecular diagnostics, and health policy. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Medical Laboratory Sciences degree at the University for Developmental Studies, Ghana. I am dedicated to advancing research in areas such as prostate cancer immunotherapy and antimicrobial resistance.

Through the ERDSI Fellowship,  I look forward to collaborating with the institute on various research projects while further expanding my expertise in scientific innovation.

Emmanuel Prah is a Health Information Management Graduate from the University of Cape-Coast.

Currently working as a data systems implementer at Tekzal Inc. Skilled in data systems development and R/shiny for data analysis and dashboard development.

My goal being a fellow is to learn the rudiments in Health research, if possible author a paper before the end of my fellowship, improve upon my data science and analytics skills and also connect with like-minded fellows.

I am a dedicated and knowledgable demographer with a background in demography and reproductive health, passionate about leveraging data science for impactful decision-making. With experience in research, data collection, and community engagement, I have worked on projects that address health behavioural change, and social development.

Joining ERDSI is an exciting opportunity for me to enhance my data analytics skills, gain expertise in statistical modelling, and apply data-driven insights to real-world challenges. My gaol is to use this fellowship to bridge the gap between research and policy by developing innovative data solutions that improve health and social outcomes.

Fatau is a biomedical scientist with experience in molecular diagnostics, antimicrobial resistance, and infectious’s disease prevention. Fatau holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and has over four years of clinical experience.  I am passionate about advancing healthcare through research, aspire to pursue a PhD in Biomedical Science in the near future.
