DABR-BAD: Data Analysis in Biomedical Research: Basics to Advanced Data Science

ERDSI Data Analysis in Biomedical Research Training Series
This comprehensive training included most of the participants who were graduate students from Ghanaian universities such as University of Ghana, University of Cape Coast and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology alongside some early-career researchers in institutions and outside Ghana.

Overview
This report provides a comprehensive summary of participant feedback and learning outcomes from the two editions of the ERDSI Data Analysis in Biomedical Research (DABR) training. The sessions aimed to strengthen the capacity of students and early-career researchers in Ghana and beyond in using statistical tools like SPSS, GraphPad, STATA, R and python for biomedical research [Fig 1].
